Credit cards
Most people now have credit cards and find them extremely useful and flexible. However are you fully aware of the true cost of using a credit card?
If you pay off the whole balance of a credit card each month this can be a very cheap and convenient way of getting credit. But what if you inadvertently go over your limit or forget to make a payment? In the past you would been charged around £30 each time you made this mistake (and sometimes through no fault of your own).
In April 2006 the Office of Fair Trading published its findings into the charges applied by credit card companies and found they were "too high". Credit Card Companies were then forced to lower them. So if you have been charged by your credit card company, over the last 6 years you can get your money back, plus interest.
It's your money and you are entitled to get it back. So don't delay, make that claim today. Take our simple "Claims Test" now and see if you can make a "No-Win, No-Fee" credit card claim today.
Payment Protection Insurance on a Credit Card
Even if you are paying off your balance each month and not getting charged for missing any payments or going over your credit limit are you still paying a highly inflated premium for Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) on your card?
PPI is often 'highly recommended' by credit card companies to cover your monthly repayments in the event that you are unable to work due to sickness or unemployment, but is the cover worth the paper it is written on? PPI on a credit card is highly expensive, offers poor levels of cover and even if you make a successful claim you have to continue paying the premiums while you are claiming!
If you have ever been mis-sold a PPI policy on any credit cards or store cards you can make a claim for the refund of these premiums, plus interest, on a 'No-Win, No-Fee' basis. It's your money and you are entitled to get it back. So don't delay, make that claim today. Take our simple "Claims Test" now and see if you can make a "No-Win, No-Fee" credit card PPI claim today.
Please note that we will need to request copies of your credit card statements and many of the credit card companies will charge a £10 fee for this request. Would you therefore please enclose a cheque made payable to EACH CREDIT CARD COMPANY you wish us to deal with, with these forms. This payment should NOT be made to Claim 2 Gain and is NOT a charge made by Claim 2 Gain.
When dealing with any credit card claims we will always check to see if you have been overcharged at any time and will also inform you if you have PPI to ensure your claim is maximised. We will not make a claim for charges or PPI without your agreement to do so.
