Our policy is no cold calling

Claim 2 Gain understands that some people have received unsolicited calls from people claiming to represent Claim 2 Gain, and that in some instances the caller has requested an up-front fee and has claimed to have a dispensation from the hold on bank charges claims. Claim 2 Gain wishes to emphasise that we never cold call members of the public and we have never claimed to have special rights within the industry. Such calls are a misrepresentation and Claim 2 Gain is concerned for anyone who has been misled in this way.

If you have received a cold call from a person claiming to be from Claim 2 Gain or asking for personal details about your bank, you should contact the claims management regulator, the Ministry of Justice, and report the incident as soon as possible. The Ministry of Justice can be contacted on 01283 233309 or through www.claimsregulation.gov.uk.

Claim 2 Gain may contact you if we are in the process of dealing with your claim or if you have expressed an interest in our services, however we will not request ANY personal information from you if you have not given us permission or instructed us to act on your behalf. If you have any concerns about any contact you have received from someone claiming to be from Claim 2 Gain, or wish to verify the identity of the caller, please contact us on 01622 356 910 and we will be happy to confirm the authenticity of the request.
